As a qualified and certified Mother-Daughter Relationship Coach, I will help you to recognise and understand the connection between you, your mother’s and your grandmother’s lives.

 I’m passionate about helping mothers and daughters embrace their voice so they feel heard, understood and loved in their most important relationships. I am not only a daughter but have three grown up daughters of my own. I understand the disappointment and frustration that can come with feeling unheard and misunderstood.
